Automated exterior wildfire defense: roof, eave, and perimeter sprinklers that track live fire perimeters and can start on their own. You set trigger distance and countdown in the app (defaults 6 miles / 9 minutes). Choose which zones run, foam or water per start, and schedule ahead — a closer fire still overrides the schedule. Roofline and perimeter coverage designed after evaluating roof geometry, vegetation, water pressure, terrain, and fire corridors. Optional Class A foam, dual-detection technology, and satellite-linked control so the system can run after evacuation. Also specifies State Fire Marshal-listed home-hardening products (vents, decking, siding).

When triggered, it wets the whole structure plus a 30–40 ft perimeter at once with water and plant-based retardant — no staggered zone cycling.
